Return and Refund Policy:
Return and refund of a product are allowed only under the following circumstances:
- To be eligible for a Return/ Refund, the product should have been purchased from the website dustor.com. For any product purchased from a retail shop or e-commerce platform, the customer must contact the seller/store where they bought the product.
- Once you raise a return ticket, we will arrange to pick up the product(s). We will examine the product once it reaches our warehouse.
- If you want to return the product and claim a refund, email support@dustor.com within seven days of the purchase date.
- Refund will not be processed if:
- There is physical damage, an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user.
- The returned product is not sent in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to the customer, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned product(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.There may be a delay in the refund process for reasons beyond our control, such as bank delays, national holidays, natural calamities etc.
Replacement or Refund Process:
For the replacement of a product, please raise a query at support@dustor.com as per the below-mentioned policy:
- In case of a defect in the product, the customer can replace the product received within seven days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered. For this, the customer needs to establish that the product delivered needs to be fixed within seven days from the date of delivery.
- If the customer receives the material with physical damage, a replacement will be provided. For this, the customer needs to inform the company that the product was delivered in defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt and share necessary photos or videos.
- We will arrange for a pick-up of the product. An appointed courier will pick up the product, accessories, and original packaging. We will conduct an appropriate assessment to determine the defect or the physical damage to the product.
- After conducting all appropriate assessments, if the product comes out to be defective, we will refund the total amount or give a replacement as per what the customer prefers.
- However, the company will not provide any replacement or refund in the following case:
- If there is physical damage or an electrical surge, or any damage caused by the user
- Suppose the returned product is not sent in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as when sold to you, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. The returned product(s) must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping.
- If the customer has falsely claimed a defect in the product which was not found during the company’s assessment of the product.
